    At JB Performance Training, we welcome individuals of all fitness levels and backgrounds. Whether you’re a beginner taking your first steps, an experienced athlete aiming to enhance your performance, or someone looking to achieve specific goals, our customized programs are designed to meet your needs.

  • What times times do sessions usually happen?

    Our Cricket Coaching Programs and Privates happening during the afternoon hours of the day. Our fitness services are noramlly scheduled for early morning and late afternoons. However, we are happy to accomadate your needs if possible so please contact us for an extra details.

  • Can i book multiple sessions at a time?

    Yes you can! And we even give discounts too, so if you'd like to book more that one session at a time please let us know and we may be able to give you as discount!

  • Where can i find out about cricket hliday clinics?

    We will post more about our holiday clinics closer to the holiday times. All will be posted on our social media platforms as well as our website when registrations are avaliable.

  • Can i book cricket coaching session during the day?

    You sure can, just email us through the CONTACTS section of our website and a coach will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
